Need To Know Everything About 45 Coners

i would like for some help on doing 45 corners. i know how to make the 45's themself, but do i need to do just the corners or both top and bottoms and if so how to meet them all together in the corner too look good. also what about 45's in the port area is there any thing i need to know, too not throw my port tuning off, thanks

If you port is 4" wide all the way through and you took a ruler from the edge of the port to the edge of the box you will see that it is larger than 4"

so by adding the 45 correctly you can keep the port 4" all the way through.

thank you. what about if i do 45 on the inside port wall so it do i still keep that distince

The only way to truly keep the same width throughout the entire bend is with a round bend. Ultimately that's what the 45º is mimicking.

wat other corners should the 45s be in?

they don't HAVE to be in any corners...but if you want you can put then in all of the corners for more fluid air flow
