Not to hijack your thread (awesome truck btw, I've been following this since you started it) but I'm getting my my windows tinted next week finally and want to go down to 5% but wasn't sure how dark it would actually be. the mini has double 5 all around and 5% on the whole windshield. if i can drive at night with 5% windshield, anyone can drive with 5% sides

With the weight your putting in there does it really matter? I mean if you didnt have that 4 ton box it might but otherwise I wouldnt worry too much. Are they runners or nerf style? thehoe92 Posted September 5, 2009 Author Report Posted September 5, 2009 so true my MPG is already shit as it is so why not they are runners factory from chevy but when I got the hoe it had fender flares, side molding, emblems, and running boards that I stripped off within the first week because I was desperate to get it to look like the tahoes I always see but now I want the running boards back to give it a lower look. I don't need them considering I'm close to 6'5" Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

I dont like the look of factory runners, to me they are just odd. Go check yo lawn homie
-Hobby- Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 Wondering if you like the way the teeters sound in the A pillars. I was thinking about mounting mine in the same place but wasnt sure how they would sound firing across the windshield. Im putting a set of comps in the kicks. The second set I was putting the mid in the door and wanted to put the tweeter in the A pillar.
