Aaron93
Part Number: SPL1000 Product Name: Scosche SPL Meter 135db max Description: Scosche SPL Meter db range - 60db - 130db It does max out @ 135db after that it will throw bogus numbers!! Scosche gave me one about three years ago and I could yell a 110db in it. and on my TL it was a 111db. it was accurate on things below 130db after that it was not even close!!!! My old Durango read 128db on the Scosche but a 155.5 on the TL. I think it would work well for an SQ set up if someone just wanted to see how loud the SQ set up was. Aaron93
hell yea man its super accurate!!! i must not be loud at all, i cant even break a 124 (sarcasm) Got the scarcasm and Love it!! Just saying most TRUE SQ set ups wont do to much more than a 135db so If they can't afford a $650.00 TL then they could pay $39.95 and get one. I think I did say once it gets to its max it WILL throw Bogus numbers! HOWEVER that being said the only reason I have one is because it was given to me, and I really dont even remember where it is at this time. I kind of forgot about it after we had a SPL FART CONTEST one night. Edited February 11, 2009 by Aaron93
