randomsuper Posted February 20, 2009 Report Posted February 20, 2009 i paid about $600 out the door for a new d3 with the ipod cable. you can mod the d3. no need to put a switch. you just have to change some pins around. i installed it myself though.
majorpayne Posted February 20, 2009 Report Posted February 20, 2009 D3 is a nice unit, but if i had top choose anything it would be like a kenwood dnx7120 or the new clarions that are coming out, nx609, they finally have built in navi instead of having to mess with the extra units behind the dash..i could care less about bluetooth stuff since when im listenin to music i dont answer the phone. also the pioneer avicf900 is a nice unit too...built in navi and bluetooth...you could check all those out and see what features each one has and which one would suit you best
