But since this is a temp box till this summer/fall time frame it willnt be worth it yet though so i am going to get some wrinkle paint instead yea after school too. Also what bolt are the best to use for the termials on the out side of the boxfor the connection?

Take your time when cutting those out, or invest the money in a router + circle jig, makes circle cutting SO easy. Looks pretty good for a first effort though. Those gaps get smaller with each box you build 10.x volts fo' life!
