He asked what he would have to do as far as swapping in the rockford gear in place of the sony. chewie Posted February 20, 2009 Report Share Posted February 20, 2009 (edited) owning both p3s and these i found these to be better overall i know im gonna catch flack for this ... cerwin vega vmax woofers. they are only 600 rms have dual 7 inch spiders and a 2.5 inc voice coil.. i can get em here for around 99 apeice. and they sounded better than my p3s .the sound quaility was much better and they got louder.. or check out what i found http://charleston.craigslist.org/ele/1040578091.html OR EVEN BETTER http://columbia.craigslist.org/ele/1013500044.html build a dual 12 box and keep one as a spare.. thats a killer price.. if your brothers such a pro then have him check the woofers out.
