Though if you're talking about "the best" then I'd look into welding cable, higher strand counts (that's what you can go by). wire online: http://www.ebay.com Darvex woofersetc. KnuKonceptz edit, don't know where to find 8 ga. spkr wire never had to use it. I dont see why you need 8 Ga for type r anyways.
