Which do u think would be louder? 2 15" alpine type r's or 4 12's?? Anybody?? I'm replacing the 4 12" type rs that were stolen out of my truck. I have a hifonics brutus 2000 rms amp. Any help is appreciated

are you stuck on using Rs? If you want louder you can go with different subs.

If you want Rs, 4 12s have the potential to be louder.

i have to of the older model 15's, ive had them for almost three years an had no problem, but 4 12's would have more cone area

well i have a 99 ford expedition with the third row seat out. im not sure the exact measurements....

find out if you can...thats really the only way anybody can make suggestions on other 12's that would work in that box.
