Which Batteries

CURRENTLY I HAVE 2 OPTIMA YELLOW TOPS. I WAS DEBATING SWITCHING TO KINETIC OR POWERMASTER BUT I AM GOING TO TRY POWERMASTER.

WHICH BATTERY FOR UP FRONT AND WHICH FOR THE BACK ? I HAVE 2 ROCKFORD FOSGATE T1001BD AND A T4004.

well, you want to try to get the biggest you can and can afford. so measure your space up front, and get the biggest, and if you can afford a 3100 for the rear that'd be optimal, if not its ok.

example

i have 4-5kw

Big 3

250A Alt

4 runs 1/0 to rear

(2) 3100 in rear

and i still get (from 15v) a drop to 12 ish volts...

im runing 3800rms and i have 3 powermaster D925s, big3, 200A alt, and MLA

and at full tilt at idle i drop to the mid 14v from 15.5v then at full tilt at 2krpms i dont go under 15volts...

but for sure get the biggest you can fit and wat your wallet will let ya get.

ok then if you can afford the 3100 get that...then look at the list of batts and find the biggest one that fits in your factory location....

and take your caps lock off.

what what the mla module do i just ordered a alt from dc power

if you have like 8.4 inches of height, then you can go bigger (D2700), but if not the D3400 would work out good, upfront

cool i think if i fabricate another hold down bracket i can get some more high . i know the car takes a group 35 optima up front the group 34 didnt work because my factory power couldnt reach the terminal

ntm you can get terminal extensions if they dont fit.
