Noob Amp Question (4 Channel Amp Into 2 Channels)

I was wondering how I hook up a 4 channel amp into two subs.

Here is the stats:

Primary Ratings

Power Output 45 Watts RMS x 4 Channels at 4 Ohms

Signal-To-Noise Ratio (1 Watt) >78 dB

Secondary Ratings

Power Output 75 Watts RMS x 4 Channels at 2 Ohms

Power Output 150 Watts RMS x 2 Channels at 4 Ohms

I would like to get the 150 into each sub. Do I basically bridge each side then? If so, will it be able to handle the load of two 4 ohm speakers or will this drop it down too low.

yes you just bridge both sides. and it will put out 150 at 4 ohms. your speakers are 4 ohm so yes you wire it like that.

The model is MTX TN4004 Terminator and I have no clue if it qualifies as cheap or not. I think MTX can go either way right?

ther terminator is their new lowest of the low series, its under entry level at this point, its the bargain "2 subs, box, amp, for under 300" stuff

i mean, they make magnums which are 2 subs, box, and amp for 100, but thats just complete crap

try it and see, i havnt used their highs amp on subs yet, only the 250/2 run at 4 ohms in that little bass package thing they have, none blew up yet at 4 ohms

monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now)

I am in such hell right now. I think, if I can get this amp at a good price, I am going to just go ahead and get new subs.

My other ones are as old as some 5th or 6th graders are right now... and they are sealed in a box, so I have no clue what they are rated. That is a whole another issue I already asked about: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...mp;#entry571608

lol, being cheap and taking shortcuts actually ends up being not worth it.

Thanks for the help. I am very grateful!
