Is There Such A Thing As Too Much Port?

So i Have 6979 Cubic inchs, with a Port that displaces 1596 Cubic inchs. Thats roughly 1/5 ratio. I heard 1/8 or 1/9 is good, but 1/5 too much? ( i used the RE box Calculator

you should be looking at the ratio of the port opening and total cubic feet, and its a good idea to be around 14-15 square inches of port per cubic foot

The Port opening is 4x16.5=66 So 66/3.9(cubic Ft)= 16.9 is that enough port ?

Ok cool its about 3.9 cubes after the sub displacement and double baffle for an RE SX15, and he wants the box about 38 htz. So i guess thatll work then.
