slugdub Posted March 14, 2009 Report Posted March 14, 2009 I searched here and could not find much. In my case, my Infinity 6X9's don't seem to have anything on them denoting polarity. My sub box is sealed.. its just a shot in the dark here. Is this yet another reason to have a multitool handy?
finkster Posted March 14, 2009 Report Posted March 14, 2009 whats up...you can always do the old battery trick... hook up the speaker wires to a 9 volt battery....there will be a small pop noise...if the speaker goes out and then in, that means the wire that touched the + side is +.... if the speaker goes in first, then the wire touching the + is negative DAT 4125------>RE XXX comps active Eclipse cd7000 I serve drunks for a living
