enemyofsilence
cool thanks. quick question St.Ides i know it may be a little off topic but what gauge wire are you using for your power and ground? some places says the amp can take 4 gauge and others say it can take 0 gauge Quote Team Bass-Hz

Guest KyleCannon
There is no way this amp can take 0 gauge unless you strip wires off the end where you took off the jacket. 4 gauge to this runs it just fine. Trust me
St.Ides
Exactly what Kyle Cannon said. 0 gauge will not fit unless you trim some threads off the wire. I'm using 4gauge power/ground on this amp Edited March 14, 2009 by St.Ides Quote TNCB ....my damn room was shaking, im like wtf is this how am i gonna die jakin off to vida guerra? Audioguy564
its 4 ga at the connector even if you strip some of the wire it will only fit 4ga rubber jacket. I run 1/0 as close to the amp and then used a high quality dist. block. The 1500 draws about 180 amps when your beating on it at 1ohm. thats with around 75% efficiency. lowblueranger
Just use a reducer if you want to run 1/0 guage to it.
