Get the car insured under your parent's name... Use their card for the car. All that matters is that the car is insured and that you have liability. It doesn't matter who's name is on that card. I'm 18, car is under my parent's name and their insurance. I pay the payments thought. As soon as I get a ticket, the cost of insurance may change.
