Well I get activated May 1st, so once I start the training, I won't be with the family so I'll have time to go nuts.

I'll start the teardown and rebuild beginning of May. And I'll work on it all the way until I leave.

Once I come home, I'll buy the equipment and install it.

Well it'll be all new 10s or 12s. It'll be 24 1000w subs if it comes to it and I've debated doing that next anyways since I know it performs well. Maybe the weeks before activation, I'll have another poll about a tunnel vs clamshell if I'm suddenly undecided.

Most likely the clam will come next though. Only reason I haven't bought yet is because I just got a new car for the wifey. Waiting for funds to replenish so lots of time to think.

Have you ever thought of running a clamshell style bandpass? The loudest and lowest setup I've ever heard was Chuck's (aka. Gmonk) which uses 24 15's in a 4th order. If you did go that route I would use the 10's for space issues. I would contact Chuck if you do 24 of anything, gonna be a tight sqeeze.
