meade916 Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 So anyway i went to a couple of new sites that are "wanna be" similar to mine in the past week (no names) and i noticed page counters on them......every time you refresh or look at the page the hit counter goes up. I thought to myself, why do my "hits" have to be unique and every one else gets to count ALL of them, so what i did was had Dave (admin) add a box that i can update every day (or whenever i get to it) that shows what the hits would be if i got to count every hit like some other sites do. As of Feb 17 we have 27.5 million "hits" and over 150,000 unique since we started in June. The front page will reflect the new number whenever i go in and update it. I can also back up these numbers with my "admin Log" so i dont need no BS flags here!!
