The D1200 has the smaller M6 metric holes IIRC, but it is hard to know for sure since the XS site does not give much info. The products your showed above have a 3/8" thread. You should post this question in the XS threads. I doubt you will get much attention here.

Of the three items you have listed, please see the answers below:

1: No, the D1200 is M6 threaded.

2: No, the XS Power 575 is for the D and S1000 batteries, they are 3/8 threads

3: No, the terminal shown here is for an SAE top post.

If you want an SAE style top post, you will need to use XS Power PN 586. With this part you could also use the product shown in your option #3. If you will be using ring terminals, then you will not need anything additional... the battery comes with bolts and washers for this.
