rcmobile Posted February 21, 2007 Report Share Posted February 21, 2007 Here is some pics of my 2003 tahoe it has came along way from stock but as always it has forever to go..lol i have two if 18" BL's on order to go in the back. right now i have two memphis 15's prs basic subs but in a 6.5cf box at 30 hz (finaly painted) it plays ok enough to shake the front windshield wipers. for amps i have two kicker zx350.4 one for front highs and one for back for subs right now i have two KAC-9102D kenwood amps one on each sub at 800 rms 250 amp alt i plan on 4 18's in the back like steve meade but with the BL's but for now only two on order i got a deal on two brand new hifonics bxi1606d's there rated at 1600 rms at one ohm. not sure how good they are but gota be better than what i have. i have plenty of 3/0 guage wire to install when i change it all out. all four doors and back sealed with peel and seal, better than nothing i think? i will post more as i start on the new subs next week i hope Quote High Amperage Audio DC Sound Dealer Sun down audio dealer Anything you need hit me up What more do you need than them!! rcmobile Posted February 21, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 21, 2007 thanks, i have done lots of reading on learning but slowly it is building up. cant wait to see how the 18's are gonna sound!!! i plan on starting on the box late this week. i have built plenty of boxes but never one with the square port in the middle. gota do my home work and find out what size and what to tune it too.
