Mentality Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 Well after some work that was needed on my moms car that i helped with my original starter system had a total of 2,000 ready to be spent on it but now its down to 1,000 and i need suggestions on how i should go about getting the package i guess you could say for 1k. This includes fronts, rears, head unit, amplifiers for mids and highs and lows, and of course the main attraction the subwoofers. brewer_brewer Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 what size door speakers do you need? how much room do you have for the subs? what size and how many subs do you want? sound quality, loud, or both? give us some ideas here. for cheap and loud i would suggest this. audioque 1200D- sub amp- 249 audioque hdc3 12- sub - 229 audioque 4x90- speaker amp- 229 phoenix gold rsd components- <150 and that leaves you 150 or so for headunit. i recommend alpine. now this is very rough idea. its about what you want but that above is right around 1000 and is a decent budget setup. The integra i was working on feel threw because the owner backed out on our sale at the last moment right when i was about to drop a new engine in it :01nocomment8so: but im in the process of acquiring a 626 from a friend for 700 which will be my car until about jan.
