white4d96
cool man keep up the great work box is looking nice. Haha thanks. Actually that box came out last week and is being retired. I meant to replace it a year ago when I got the R's but the box I ended up building turned out like shit, on account of me not having the proper tools. Lucky me my friend's dad now has access to all sorts of woodworking goodies, so I should be able to turn out a nice box next. I'm planning a 4th order but we will see what happens. Too many projects, too little time...
white4d96
what son !! the rims match the car, Lol. I did those as a sort of last ditch attempt to make the factory hubcaps look good. $4 of spray paint, a scotch-brite pad, and lots of elbow grease made for a...well, good thing my camera's crappy. There's some iffy spots in the paint but it will hold me over until I can afford some good wheels. I'm debating between full white or black with a machined lip. Either way that's down the road after I drop the car and finish my rebuild. Too many projects, too little time...
white4d96
Project of mine... Start with my stripped-out fog bar: Add my stripped-out Lexus fogs: Get this: Jayson trying to clear the lens out (didn't work so well) End result: And some wheels I may be getting (although they need tires, not that I could use the ones on there): LED dome light: And the 'Prix at the outset of the blizzard of 2011, on the shore of Lake Michigan right when the storm hit: Too many projects, too little time... white4d96
So my KX800.4 finally got sent out for repair, came back, and is in the car now pushing that damned old temp box with the R-12's. I haven't had bass in so long my ears hurt. Hopefully this weekend I'll clean things up a little, I don't wanna take pics 'cause it looks like dog shit in there. I gotta get a battery for sure because I'm getting sharp drops to like 12.5V at full tilt, it bounces right back though. Too many projects, too little time... white4d96
I'll get y'all caught up on the Angry Prix: LED blinkers (brakes are coming) Rare gridless tails: These guys are going in soon: Tinted tails (again) Those wheels from before and my planned drop: New exhaust: DIY tip: Homemade cage brackets for a bigger rear sway bar (be gentle, my first time welding) And the latest little thing: Reflective Concepts FTW! (Yes, it's crooked. I effed up. Thank God they sent a spare) That's about it for now. I am going to order coilover bits pretty soon here to get my drop on, then some comps for the door (probably just the hifonics 6.5's, but I could be swayed ) new box to clear my RSTB that's on the way, tires for the 17's and see where we go from there! Too many projects, too little time...
