kingmade08 Posted May 4, 2009 Report Posted May 4, 2009 alright, im gearing up to put two 15 inch treo ssi's in a custom midgate box in my 2005 avalanche,ill be running 2 treo rsx components on 100 watts a piece thru an mb quart 2 ch amp, and for the subs i have 2 jbl gto 1201.1II amps that will run at 2 ohms and give each sub about 1000 watts, im leaving my stock alternator in, which (correct me if im wrong is 105) amps. to power it i will have a kinetik hc 1800 in the back. what do you guys think? thanks

keitare Posted May 4, 2009 Report Posted May 4, 2009 I would look into a new alt or a bigger back battery or another one Subs are like titties, They need to come in pairs because ones and threes are just wrong, and larger amounts will always draw a crowd, we all have our favorite sizes, but the bigger ones are more fun to watch move. Words to live by.
newls1 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 your stock alt might be either 105a, 130a, 145a. Either way, UPGRADE your electrical. MAKE SURE YOU DO THE BIG3 AS-WELL (VERY IMPORTANT) I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny
