Ever Done A Sub Enclosure Cause You Were Bored?

So, I took a $40 Jensen sub and designed a box for it. 1.7 ft^3 tuned to 30hz at 175watts rms.

Port is 2.5" x 3" at 8.75" long because I know someone is going to have some silly comment about port size.

This subs makes a lot of "noise" and works decent enough in a hatch. Doesn't give decent SQ at all, but I was bored, had the materials and access to a woofer, so decided to give it a go really quick.

dude i cant tell you how many times ive done that. im lucky because i sometimes get ''free'' half inch mdf. so i practice and experiment with new things, like kerfs and shit. its fun, plus if it works out good, you can sell the box or use it. if not....well i love bon fires.
