ok, so my buddy just got this amp. i hooked it up for him, and it powers up and everything, but no sound? it doesnt go into protect or nothin. dude he got it off of said it needs reprogrammed....wtf? i dont know a thing about alpine, can anyone help??

i dont know about if it would be effected by the number your system is hitting as much as what frequency your rubs are playing at.. just like how in mexico you can see fluorescent lights sorta flashing, and in the states you cant really, and in europe you sure as hell cant. cuz they all work on diff. frequencies.. make sense? or am i just being dumb
