well i changed around my measurements, if i go with a less depth box like 13 inches, i can go taller box like 22 inches. and 42 inches long, and get just over 4 cubes. but whats the min i should make for 2 15's?

the min I recommend for 2 15s....after all displacement is about 7-7.5 cubes

ok to make it easier, i just went and measured up, max depth i can do is 14, max length is 44, and the height i can do is 22 inches to keep it level with the rear window line. so i can get a box 4.99 cubes 50 square inches of port. @ 32 hz. 4 inch wide L port. or i build a different style port. doesnt really matter. subs forward port up?

so would 5-5.5 cubes be ok for 2 15's? BL's? or BTL's? im getting the new sundown 3500 and want to use its full power @ 1ohm. so i want 2 15's that can take it. but im scared i dont have the room for 2 15's :(

you should better take the 2 12 inch BTL's , if you wanna get louder later, you can still add a extra 3500.

2 15's aren't gonna work, you need around 3-5 cubes (each). so you would better take 2 12inch they only need 3.5-6 cubes, so around 5 cubes will be enough.

what would be the minimum? because i could always take out my rear deck i made that my sub box sits on. and i can get just over 6 cubes. but if its not going to be as good then i guess ill have to scratch the idea of 15's witch sucks as ive always wanted to try out some 15's before, and the 2 12's would be louder then a single 15.

and if i get the 12's what would be my better option i know its been asked a million times but the BL, BTL or LVL 4 xl's? i want to use the sundown 3500d to its full advantage at 1 ohm. im thinking of going with the BTL's as they seem like they would handle it best out of all 3, p.s it would be fully loaded.

I think the lvl4 xl's could handle the 3500d.

But maybe it's safer to get the BTL fully loaded, the 12 inch subs, you could make a better box for them, then for the 15's.

You can make a box that's 16.5 inch high, 37 inch wide, 14.2 inch deep, that's around 5cu ft.

With a port that is 4 inch wide and 15 inch high, and 22inch long.

Don't mind the "BTL 18 inch", it is the 12 inch T/S parameters that i entered, just typed 18, bu ti assure u that it's the 12 inch.

yea i thought about it all day at work today and i think thats what im going to do 2 BTL 12's facing up, port up also. i can either do that or 3 10" BL's but i think the 12's would be better. thanks for the pics. im just no good at designing thats all. and i typed in those demensions into a box builder i have and its only reading 2.34cubes at 49hz
