Hypnotik DesignZ Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 is this amp dead its a jl 1000/1 and I checked my amp wire they are fine, the problem is when the amp turns on the low ohm and low voltage lights come on and the voltage at the amp drops to like 7 but when it's not on my voltage is at 14.4v any body? Neel Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 I would take the amp out of the car , hook it up straight to a 12v source and see what it does with nothing else hooked up to it other than power , ground and remote . If it does the same thing .. its time to take the amp apart and inspect it for any visual damage... then time to send it to DB-r ! Quote Too Much Stuff to list .
