SojiaRaggs9000 Posted May 28, 2009 Report Posted May 28, 2009 Ok so Im make a box to do some testing vs this t-line set up I have.. Anyways DC recommends 1.75³-2.75³ ft for ported setup. Is that before displacement or after? Anyways i made up a sketch each chambers is 18.75 x 22 x 15 = 2.7627³ ft before displacement. Port is 13.5" tall 3" wide tuned to 33hz. Is the volume per chamber too high or will it be good since sub and port displacement? 2.75ish is good or I need to go lower? Here is the sketch for reference. 2.7627³ ft - port displacement (.16408) = 2.59862³ ft plus - the 12" lvl4 xl's displacement ( just the magnet is .15598) So would be a bit more than ... 2.44264³ ft after displacement so it should be good right??
