siucsaluki11 Posted June 7, 2009 Report Posted June 7, 2009 So im workin on a design for a new box, and i was wondering, is there any kinda rule as to how far the port needs to remain from the tailgate/rear of an SUV? Im lookin at building a new box for my current subs will have a port that will be 4" x 14". How close is too close to the hatch/gate? Also, when i make my new box im thinkin of doing a port 9x22.5. If i need to keep it a certain distance off the gate, ill probably change the box to subs up port up woman..cant live with em...cant shoot em...guess were all fucked You might be a Redneck if you use your leftover gutters for a speaker box port...
