Sounds like you have a bad head unit. The 4 channel might have gimped up your outputs.

Try cleaning the existing grounds cable ends, and where they connect to.

That's what I was thinking also, unless it's a Pioneer. It could also be ground loop.

Try another deck. Or, do you have an MP3 player? Wire the remote turn on to the accessory wire in your harness, wire up the mp3 player right to the RCAs, and if there's no noise, it's your deck.

switched the deck.. its gone haha now.. i need a better deck with 3 preouts for fronts rears and sub im using a clarion DZX385USB its decent but to "plasticy" for my likes

so this problem here wasn't the amp?? Is the general consensus that the Dual amp is crap? or is it at least decent?

X2, we had the same problem, and we had to ground the rca's. try a different set of rca's, now that you have switched the deck, take another set, hook them up, but run them outside the car to the back where your amp is, it might work that way....

I have the same problem as the OP, with my MP3 player hooked up with 1/8 inch headphone to RCA female plugged into my rcas going into my eq then my amp I have zero noise. As soon as my deck was hooked up, noise galore. Grounding the RCAs didn't help either. It's going to be something internal in the head unit, as probably the OPs problem.
