bigbodylexus Posted June 18, 2009 Report Posted June 18, 2009 It's always better to have more than you need than not enough but if you aren't planning to upgrade then I would get a good strong battery for the trunk (Powermaster D3100), stay away from the caps (useless) and you should be fine. I have an extra battery in the trunk thats for the Hydro's, that i don't really need. its a Deka group 31 1000cca's ......... could I just wire up everything to that ? what about the alt ? and charging ? won't the battery go dead often without being hooked up to the alternator ?
