I Need help on knowing if the power of this amplifier will handle two component sets. Sorry I'm ust getting into car sounds and I need a lot to learn. If it doesn't handle the power then any suggestions on a amplifier i should get?

i pulled out my dick in class many of times and had it shown. get over it bitch...stupid open legged hairy beavered bitch...

going over rms = smaller box, under rms = bigger box...

Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth.

A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?

Well, the reason why I was planning to go with this is because I thought I ust go with the same brand with what I got right now 2 13w7 and 2 1000 1v2. aren't they good component speakers??

They're decent component speakers...however there's a lot of better speakers out there in that price range, for example Focal, and Hertz. For the price you can get a lot better sound quality, and a speaker that will take the power of the HD600/4 a lot better than the ZR series.
