Decaf
glad you figured that out, i knew it was that first port piece that was too long are you going to do the double recessed baffle.... (do it do it do it)
mxdustinmx
Do you mean like put another peice over the front and make it where the sub sits on it, or where the sub sits inside that peice? Decaf
the sub would be mounted on the first or inner baffle.... the 2nd baffle would be 18.5" at its widest and 18" tall with a 45 on the side that matches up with the port like in the pic the diameter of the circle on the 2nd baffle should match the outer diameter of the sub, which should be listed in the specs (outer diameter) this way the surround would be the only thing that sticks out past the wood... it looks very professional and doesnt really add to ur depth because the sub would have come out anyways the same amount adds alot of strength to support the woofers
mxdustinmx
Yeah, that sounds good but the only bad thing is that I'm not very good at cutting circles. So ill have to see Quote 01' Chevy Silverado 4x4 18'' Fi Btl Sundown Saz-3000D (Sold the system) New build coming soon.. Pics of My Truck

Decaf
Yeah, that sounds good but the only bad thing is that I'm not very good at cutting circles. So ill have to see just go real slow with the fastest speed on a jigsaw counter clockwise... works for me or use a plunge router
