mario7538 Posted July 2, 2009 Report Posted July 2, 2009 Ive got 3 rockford t1 12's and one is about to blow. when it does is there a way to replace the voice coils so it works again or what? the cone has no tears or anything in it. it was just overpowered. anyone ever fixed a blown t1 before? any advice on what to do would be appreciated. 04 hyundai sonata jvc head unit alpine type s components 6.5's 4 kicker tweeters 2 in the front 2 in the back MARIO

audiofanaticz Posted July 2, 2009 Report Posted July 2, 2009 I dont think rockford makes any recones for their speakers since they sold out. If it was a older subwoofer you could recone it, but with the new stuff, your stuck buying new or getting it warrantied if that is an option
