cc_audio Posted July 14, 2009 Report Share Posted July 14, 2009 Make sure that Z1 is the Z1a (second Generation). I had a first gen and it was really reliable BUT it had already been repaired. The first gens are notorious for failing. Great amps, but definatley get the Z1a, they don't have any problems really. If you do buy first gen make sure it has already been repaired atleast. I am going with a sound digital SD5000. aslo the box is 3.7cuft tuned to 35hz . I am going to run the amp @4ohm so they will see about 2.200rms.
