Rockford Fosgate Component speakers vs Alpine Speakers

Recommended Posts

Alright, well as of right now I'm planning on getting two sets of Alpine type S component speakers. http://www.woofersetc.com/p6262/SPS600C--A...aker-System.htm

I plan on powering these through this headunit http://www.woofersetc.com/p7885/DPX503--Ke...d-Aux-Input.htm OR http://www.woofersetc.com/p7884/DPX303--Ke...t-Aux-Input.htm

But I was looking around and I found these Rockford fostgate 6.5 speakers that look great and they should sound great from what I see/hear on the internet http://www.woofersetc.com/p4540/P162S--Roc...aker-System.htm

I'm just wondering, if I were to get the Rockford speakers, would I need an amp to power those?

x2 but if you do, you would most def want to put an amp on those bad boys, to get the full potential of em. the t400 would push those things lovely.
