if you look up Air Force CCT on youtube youll see, but our training is alot of running with rucksacks on with is around 65-70lbs then our guns and all that,

I believe it comes out to around 100-150 pounds of total gear. and its not really a run you'll have to do. you need to average 3 miles and hour for the final test at the end of BMT. just a brisk walk but still none the less not something im going to look forward to since i only weigh 140lbs

lmfao are you telling me that im not saying the right stuff about the job im going for? lol ive meet with CCT's and PJ's on of my best friends went thre PJ school already, and go watch a video they tell you it all pack weighs 65lbs gun is around 8 and theres its around 80lbs might want to get your facts right, and you dont do any spec ops traing in BMT , First off you do test once a month then before you leave you do, then 2 weeks into basic you take it, once you leave basic you have two weeks of indoc then if you make it through that you have spec ops training,

and you have to get threw meps, and if you going into PJ or cct id like you to tell me what part of you body you have to pop to be able to go in,

tell me im wrong

and also they do tests every tuesday and if your recruiter is then hes doing it wrong,and for pj they dont run as much they do more swimming, their final test is some 3000meter swim then other stuff ,

man i need to work out, please help me...i just need a diet !! i eat like shit !! i havent worked out since football over 2 years lol. but i can still hit 2 plates. yay... but i needa work out mostly diet

Well, believe it or not, best diet IMO it´s not having dinner, or if you are eating it, try to eat something light and before 7 PM, i eat junk all day long and i´m almost 30 already, i don´t gain any weight ;)

I did gain some because i was taking some pills for "baldness"? (fuck english haha) , anyways, just got in the gym for a month and a half and i´m where i was before the pills but with 2.5" more of arms :)

eat before you go to bed thats the best way to let your food digest since you arent doing anything but breathing basically,

he said dont eat at night n u said eat at night im confuse

i drink a lot of beer and sodas, eat a lot of junk food and just by avoiding eating at night after 7 PM i can mantain my weight since 1998 :)

/damn really i was 210lb (im 6'2) i had alot of muscle and was lean, now 2 years later, im 220 !!

no its not just 10lbs gain, muscle weights more than fat, so i lost alot of muscle and gain alot of fat !!!

I´m 6.1 and 195 pounds because of those pills, i´ll get to 185 in less than 2 months :drinks:
