old school orion xtr 12's or a single kicker s15d sub.? which would be better..h

i have a pair old school 12'' orion xtr ferro injected cone subs..each sub is dual 4 ohms.. in a bandpass enclosure..

and i also have a old school 15'' kicker s15d sub.. in a decent 1.5 cu sealed box.. single 4 ohm sub..

and for the amp right now i have a 1200 watt sony xplod xm 2002gtr rated at 200 watts rms x 2 @ 2 ohm..and 5oo watts rms x1 @ 4 ohms.

will be changing the sony amp for a kicker zx750.1 amp next month.. its for my wifes 95 gmc jimmy..

and i can always build a different box for either of the subs if the boxes are not good enough.. im thinking definetly ported for the kicker sub even tho its not called for..?

whats your thoughts and opinions on what sub or subs i should use..? thanks.

according to my math, 14^2 is 196, 5.5^2 * 3.14 * 2 is 189.6. So the 15 will have more cone area. But id say its so close it doesnt really matter. So now its down to which are more efficient woofers, i would imagine that the more efficient woofers would be louder considering the power will be the same. Well. Those 12s will be wired to 1 or 4 ohms. What is the VC config of the kicker? If the kicker will wire to a final load of 2 ohms, go with the kicker. Otherwise youre getting way less power. Build a bigger ported box for the kicker.
