eidt that....chunked up a little in the bottom??? Use more hardener. Don't just count the drops go by the ounce.  In my experience it chunks in 15 and is unuseable. IN less then an hour it is sandable

I never count the drops...I always squeeze the tube and almost always let out excessive hardner...Don't know...just find it a little weird that the BONDO resin dried up perfectly and this one didn't. :-[

if it suggests 1/2oz I will use 1/2oz plus a squirt. maybe it was a humid day which will effect it alot. experiment a little. using extra hardener will give you a shorter time to work with so use smaller amounts of resin at a time. It really should be sandable in an hour. if it's not use more hardener. I think the bondo is designed to be easier because it's for hobbyist at home, but if your using alot it's expensive. Also, just the day being more humid can make a big impact

Right now im going to go sand the outside so we can first lay the vinyl down and it will be smooth. After that im working on the inside.

I would suggest vinyl as the very last thing you do. You can easily scratch it while working on the other things. I'm sure you want to hurry and start making it look good, but fisrt make sure you do test fit of box in car, test fit sub, and finish internals. It would suck to do a really nice job vinyling and ruin it while sanding.

Yeah were putting the setup in the car naked to see how it sounds. If it sounds how we like it then we take it back out and wrap it in vinyl.

Well I didn't have as much time as I liked to sand but atleast I made some progress today...Sanded some of the inside of both boxes, definetly a lot smoother than before but I still got to do some more work. I also sanded most of the edges outside the box so the vinyl can go on smoothly.

Then I glued on the amp rack. Either tonight or tomorrow im fiberglassing the amp rack.
