to heavy to start with. it holds less rounds, IMHO it has inferior accuracy compared to a glock, and it has an awkward takedown method. those are the things that bothered me the most.

i will admit that i like the trigger pull of the XD though.

thats just my $0.02

accuracy is subjective..just because you cant shoot an XD accuratly doesnt mean its an inaccurate weapon. and the new xd's hold 19+1 of 9mm (little less in .40)..more than a glock FWIW..

The new XDm series springfield has a 16+1 capacity in the .40 caliber pistol. The 2 pistols are built basically the same way few minor differences between but not to major or 2 many.

your referring to an XDm. i was talking about an XD9, WHICH DOES HOLD LESS THAN A GLOCK G17. and accuracy wise, i shoot my glock, kel-tec, XD, and S&W .44 mag; and the only one that doesn't impress me with accuracy is the XD. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/01nocomment8so.gif
