Alright so today I was free and decided to do some work to my Avalon. I haven't touched it in forever well some of you know the system I had in the 2 AQ HDC3 15's on a Hifonics XX Thor amp. Well I ripped all that out of there and decided to change it up a bit. Im waiting on my sub to come back from TC Sounds it was shipped back a week ago but was built wrong so I shipped it back and they are working on it now. Here are some pics of what I did today let me know what you think.

Ya ive been thru this whole car ten times or more Hooking up the headunit in this car is the worst task ever I had to run all new wires all around to all the speakers and back to the headunit and all that stuff most of the stock wiring in this car is long gone

Ya mine is a 95 they dont make shit for wiring kits for them

Well heres the pland for the box its is gonna be 1 TC Sounds 5200 with the sub facing up and the port coming out the back of it. Ive got a rough drawing of it ill try to scan it and post it up its gonna be tuned to 31 hertz and should be running at atleast .5 ohms or lower off a Hifonics XX Thor

if the subs is up, and i'm assuming filling that hole you cut, do a port up or forward, I dont think enough air will get moving to let the port be all it can be

The sub wont be filling the hole completely that hole is huge every inch of metal that can be gone is gone. I even got rid of the middle seat belt I may play around with a different box design I just woke up this morning went out to the shop and got out the sawzall and went at it I got my old box out and all the frame work I had built for it went I had the 15's in there I ripped out also and then said what the hell might as well cut the rear deck out as well. I was considering doing sub up and port up also so that isnt out of the realm of possibility.

So I got the box done the other day and guess what my amp is messed up I tried to hook it up yesterday and it was a no go so today I decided what the hell lets go get a new amp any guess on what it is?
