I love em i just replaced my lvl4 15's with these , the lvl4's were doing 142.5 off of just 1800 rms, these are another league altogether so look forward to getting it metered. So i got 2 lvl5 15s for my grand cherokee and thought i,d do a mini build thread. System comprises of pioneer p88rs II dls ultimate iridium 3 ways with tweet and mid in custom pillar builds atomic quantums in the rear doors dls a3 amp for the dls spl dynamics 2004 amp for the atomics 2 lvl5 15's soundstream xxx6500 (only temporary, to be replaced with 2 sundown 3000's in a couple of days) 3 runs of 1/0 awg front to back knuconcepts rcas loads of 4mm deadening box tuned to 35hz (but tbh i think it may actually be lower) made from birch with loads of nice mods 190a alt 8 hawker genesis batteries i,ll concentrate mainly on the rear end as thats whats important :hairtrick: some kerfs kerfs filled with resin the baffle lol stuck and screwed painted resin and fibreglass on the corners painted inside with 2 lengths of m16 rod through each chamber (2 chambers not common) Edited August 9, 2009 by Bluebrindle Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
