Tek Posted August 10, 2009 Report Posted August 10, 2009 I have a battery that is 740 Amps and a stock alternator. I am new to this car audio shit. Will that power two 1600W amps without a problem?

I would say look into getting a better alternator/battery to not have any problems in the future. skittlesRgood Posted August 10, 2009 Report Posted August 10, 2009 i would say no. i have 3500w, 250amp alt, yellowtop up front and a G31 battery in back and i dip into 12v at idle. you def. need more electrical. check out those DC alts.
