Will this amp push my sub and if it will how will it sound

Ok i have 2 orion cobalt single voicecoil 12's in a dual ported box....pushed by a 600 watt sony xplod amp....i recently bridged the amplifier down to 1 ohm and it cant take it.... so it get hot as hell and the protection comes on..... I found a Orion HCCA class D high current 600 watt 1ohm stable mono block amp.... will it push my subs hard cause they have a 250 watt rms and at 1 ohm the amp runs at 300 watt rms...

yes , it is always better to have more power, as long as you use good judgment when controlling the volume. Its not like the drivers will see that much power anyways after impedance rise.

Should be fine because I powered my first sub at 300wrms @ 4 ohms and the sub was rated at 250wrms and the sub took it like a champ :)

Electrical - Big 3 - Stinger HPM 1/0 guage Wires, Optima Yellow Top Battery, 180/120 DC HO Alternator w/ MLA
