thehoe92 Posted May 13, 2010 Report Posted May 13, 2010 you damn ford guys and your strobes! how did you drill into the housing? since my DRL's are all blacked out and my turn signals are in the same housing I want to move my turn signal to the corner of my headlights but I'm afraid of cracking the plastic and it not sealing or just completely fucking it up Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
loganberry Posted May 13, 2010 Author Report Posted May 13, 2010 i just drilled it haha, i wanted to put them in a different spot but my housings are 3 pieces, i found the spot that will work with least effert since i didnt wanna take the housings apar,t plus they are kinda cool lookin right there, i drilled slowly and it worked fine, hot glued them to the inside chrome lookin piece then epoxy'd them to the outside hard plastic frame, i wanna get more led's down the road to put them in my fog lights too but one thing at a time lol....if i have them all goin saturday you can see em My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
loganberry Posted May 13, 2010 Author Report Posted May 13, 2010 the leds i got arnt all that bright but then again it was in the middle of the day, they are white 10mm ones and are pretty damn big..i know the lights under the bumpers are bright and the ones in the tail/headlights should be decent with all the reflective chrome too My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
