Anytime man.

Hopefully I can get this camera situation straightened out and gets some vids of that awesomeness.

I miss our camera man. I used to always bring a camera but never took any pictures.

need some more pictures of the current box :D

Building the inside port wall. The port has a 45 built into the corner.

Test fitting the inside baffle. So your looking at the port along the back and the top of the box.

img0389q.jpg

Then it was time to cut some holes. Test fitting one of the subs before I repeat this 20 times.

Here is the top baffle with some of the port cut out.

Next came the internal bracing. This took the longest time to complete. All cut with a jig saw, drill bit and a router to smooth over the openings.

Started assembling the beast. Lots of measuring, gluing and screwing to put this thing all together.

The sides face and port inside.

img0393p.jpg

Attaching all the bracing.

img0395c.jpg

Put a few coats of polly on the other side of the port while I was at it. The port is to narrow to do this after assembly. All the bracing is finished here so its on to adding the inside baffle and then the back and bottom.

WOW. That is one clean box. I always wondered what it was that you covered the boxes with. When you wanna build a wall let me know lol. The bracing fits PERFECTLY against the baffle/port of the box. I need to see the rest of this.

thats how i want my 8" box hobby haha just kidding

A brace in there would eat up half the free space lol. It is out in the shop with a light coat of paint on it. If I had charged batteries I would shoot a pict of it.

Well Nicks is fiberglass resin he and Rick put on it at the Pulse shop. Poly is a lot cheaper and easier to apply. Easy to get smooth too. Didnt use it for any strength. That box is solid as a rock without fiberglass.
