ALPINE408 Posted August 19, 2009 Author Report Posted August 19, 2009 that might be the first time i've ever seen a term lab meter fall off the window from bass. thats just an insane ammount of power for those subs it was cause of the window flex after it busted like that i can move it out and in like 2 inches with my hand fairly easy Have you ever had your woofers blown?
ty_houston Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 its a song on a old asssss bass cd called in the begining there was bass track 6 is all i know about that they are daily amps from what murilo says and i can bass race em no probs but they need a lot of batts to hang with em! hey my team mate joey could burb 152 with 2 dmx 15.s and bass raced a 149.9 with 2 stetsom 7 ks running the 15's you can make them subs slam!!!!! got any recones for em? No recones, and they don't make them in carbon fiber anymore, the new ones are aluminum and according to Jeremy at massive they make more spl at lower frequencies, so they will bass race better, but because of the heavier moving mass(aluminum) they don't burb as well. So, your teammate was running a 7kd to each dmx? Maybe I'm under powering them. running 2 original z2's to six of them strapped, gonna post a build log in a few weeks. In the mean time...MORE VIDS!! Its cool to see a set up that can put numbers bass racing and/or burbing....Don't see that much out here(va beach). Most one hit wonders are tuned so high they sound like crap on music, and most bass racers are tuned so low they don't but up descent numbers burbing at least out here anyway supercharged hummer h2 8 Sundown nightshade v'2 Scott Bowman built 4th order bandpass 2 precision power pcx 4125(mids & hi's) 2 Stetsom 14k2e's alpine ina-w910 dual Mike Singer350 amp alt 8 kinetic 2400 batteries two shuriken bt 120 1 kinetic 2000 under the hood link to build log: My link
SounDigital Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 Congratulations again guys, this is the first SD equipped car that explodes a windshield. Thanks for the trust, we know that sometimes is hard to buy products not very well known in the market, but now you can see and test what we always said on the forums. We depend on competitors to make things bigger around here, and that is exactly what is happening.

Blackedout Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 Damn, thats sick alpine... Congrats! Good to see you got some consistant results from the burb! Finally got a little system going in my civic. 2 15'' Memphis m3s off a 1000 watts. I'm also running a 360.2. I need to double the power to the subs, get some batteries, make a box, beauty panels, and make the rear seat delete look better, and I also need another 2 channel amp for my Zapco components.... I'll be running 150 watts RMS per component, and 2000 watts to 2 15's.... Should be pretty nice :-) But I'm saving it for later... Going to college and the car is stayin home. Trunk Build Log
