Duece22
So, i have 2 15" lvl 4 w/ 5 coils powered by a saz-3000d. I have a 230 amp alt, 2 optima yellow tops, all 0 gauge.. and they keep blowing. The sub will move, but just barely enough to see. Im not sure what is causing it. I just had the one that is messing up now reconed like 2 weeks ago. Its wired to 1 ohm and was professionally installed at a local shop here in town. Some of you might have head of them, they are Robert's in louisville Ky. The coils look fine on the sub, the wiring is fine.. idk what could be wrong. This is the 3rd time this has happend to me. Any suggestions? I can take pix if needed. thehoe92
pictures would help. I'm thinking maybe something to do with the wiring since you aren't overpowering them and you have enough electrical. what kind of box do you have?
