bigg_will
so i was searching around on the internet for a new amp and saw this little thing: http://www.techronics.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=3077 it says that its 2900 watts at 1 ohm, but is this rms or is it max? i have read on here one time before that there is no such thing as a mox power rating on an amp but i was just wanting to make sure before i went out and bought something. Chris
Yeah, Alphasonik is a trustworthy company with quality products. My senses tell me that looks like the RMS rating of that amp. Here's a link to ampguts off ROE from someone that tested theirs for RMS wattage. The insides look like they are capable of High RMS outputs. I know it's not the amp you were looking at, but similar. http://ampguts.realmofexcursion.com/Alphasonik_PMA1200-DA/ Quote 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR.
