Mosin
Truck - 1986 Chevy S10 Engine - 2.5L "Iron Duke" 4cyl. First off the motor has a misfire... Or it sounds like it does. one of the rockers that sits closer to the exhaust manifold is loose.... very loose. The studs on the rocker arms are torqued to specs. no pushrods are bent. when it starts it emits a pretty good amount of blue smoke. runs like its misfiring and you can here the loose rocker clicking away. I was told a loose rocker or warped stud from over-revving could cause the blue smoke and the "misfiring" what is going on here? would changing the cylinder headcorrect my problem?? Quote Derp.
