Mostar
I currently have two 18" Fi Btls (D1) running a single SAZ3500d. It just isnt loud enough for me any more. I was thinking of getting another 3500d or i also already have an 07 Kicker ZX2500.1, which would be good to pair up with another one to give me 5000+ @ 2 ohms. Or plan C would be sell the 3500 and get one big amp. I am kinda interested in Soundigital, but I am having trouble finding much info/ pricing on them. So what route do you guys think would be better? Beanz
GET ANOTHER SUNDOWN and run them each to there own amp then youd have like 6.5K+ of power Quote That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. 01xtreme
if you already have a 3500D I would get another one. Since you have dual 1's you could wire each amp to 2 ohms, and probably would do about the same power as the kickers. Plus you'll have hella head room, so should you want to recone them to dual 2's and go to 1 ohm for each amp you'll be around 8k for the pair which, given your box is designed to let the BTL's handle it, will get stupid loud. I am thinking of trying to wall it off behind the rear seats. evolution.vc
Walling it will get it a bit louder but not much unless your going for db numbers then walling counts. As for an amp I know someone who has two 18" BTL's and is running a Arc audio 4000 and its rated at 12 volts! It puts out around 5000 RMS. Oh yeah a power supply upgrade is mando!
