kingsuv Posted April 14, 2007 Report Share Posted April 14, 2007 (edited) I have an 01 S-crew and you should have the 120amp alt on it so that should be plenty of charging power. The only thing I would look at is the stock battery, If it's older then it won't have as high resting charge as the Batcap 800 so it could wear down the 800's resting voltage to match the stock battery. The only reason you would go with more batteries is if you were competiting and every amp was needed out of the system or if your factory system wasn't keeping up with the system.
